About Us
We specialize in professional Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) consulting services and waste management solutions.
Our primary markets include the US and Mexico providing services to private industry in both countries, and federal government entities and education sector in the US.
Our company name “Adastra” was formed from the Latin words ad + astra, meaning “to the stars” to signify aspiring to greatness in our area of expertise.

In 2020 we expanded to government services and obtained our 8(a) certification from the Small Business Administration, which is a Federal contracting and training program for experienced small business owners who are socially and economically disadvantaged.
We are also currently certified by the State of Texas as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Historically Underutilized Business enterprise (State HUB).

EHS auditors!
Our EHS auditors study and understand EHS laws and regulations, and we train them in field auditing techniques. Our audit findings will strictly adhere to the applicable regulatory requirements; we don't make up findings and we are sensitive to the perspective of the audited facility. We explain and help them understand the audit findings so they can choose the proper corrective action. That's a different way to audit!
We are more efficient
We understand the ASTM E1527 Standard (the current version).We have developed our own field checklist and a report QC tool to insure that our clients will receive a standardized quality report at all times. You will get a Phase I report you can trust. With the use of our standardized system, we can do it faster than most. Since we understand the Phase I ASTM Standard, we can accommodate to restrictions when conducting the assessments in Mexico or other countries. We do it more efficiently, but without deviations from the Standard.
For permitting projects, we make sure to include exactly what is applicable to your site. We study the permit requirements and prepare the application to reflect your site condition. We make the permitting process efficient and practical.
