Our work in Mexico is conducted by experienced personnel from our Mexican branch and key personnel is fully bilingual. Final reports are typically reviewed by senior US personnel as part or our QA/QC process to ensure the highest standard has been followed.

ENVIRONMENTAL DUE DILIGENCE SERVICES

Environmental due diligence is a process that assesses the environmental risks of a property or business. We have 25+ years of experience conducting environmental due diligence investigations in the US and Mexico.

 

​We adhere to ASTM standards for the execution of this type of projects on all locations, please note that Mexico does not have specific due diligence standards and is commonly accepted to follow US standards for Due Diligence investigations in Mexico. The report for Due Diligence investigations in Mexico is typically provided in English, however, we have capabilities to provide it also in Spanish upon request.

 

​​A Phase II ESA investigation additionally involves drilling and laboratory expenses that typically increases the cost in a significant way; our philosophy is to work with the best interest of our clients in mind and we always strive to provide sampling recommendations that balance cost and number of samples to fulfill the objectives of the environmental investigation at the lowest cost possible.

SAMPLING AND TESTING

Sampling and testing are integral components of environmental investigations. We provide the required experience and knowledge to define and identify testing parameters, sampling technique, number and location of sampling points, depth of sampling locations, and most importantly, to establish the objectives of the environmental investigation. 

 

We will prepare an environmental sampling plan to fit either a regulatory requirement or an internal environmental investigation. Environmental sampling and testing can become very expensive and lengthy, we will work with your best interest in mind to provide the required results at the lowest cost possible and to achieve such results in a timely fashion.  We will take special care to minimize potential impacts to other operations or areas surrounding the investigated area.
